Krampus and Friends! Christmas/Winter Cryptid Enamel Pin Set

We've just rounded over $4000, which is amazing! With a week left, I wanted to do something fun and weird! 

The Mari Lwyd will unlock at $4300 but I've been working on a weird little pin and have decided to just go ahead and do it so, say hello to the incredibly made-up cryptid (not a cryptid at all), Trasha Claus!

Trasha Claus is a fun, silly design that I've been kicking around.

To add the Trasha Claus, just up your pledge or add an Add-on Pin. That's it! 

All Backers will also be receiving a Pdf copy of the Yule Cat Card! 

You can print it at home to give for Christmas! This will be sent out in an Update after the campaign has ended next week that way you have plenty of time to print them!

The Nokk is Unlocked! :D

We've hit 100 backers and Unlocked the Nokk! A huge thank you to all you backers for helping make this possible! ^^ 

The Nokk is a neat shapeshifter that is known to drown people, dragging them below the ice.  It sometimes takes the shape of a male human or a horse and doesn't like being away from water. 

It's known by many different names: Nokk, Nykr, Nix, Nack and Nokken. 

I'm really looking forward to this pin and I hope it turns out beautifully. It's gone through quite a few incarnations (and a name change. Whoops.). 

Sometimes they look like "almost finished" pins before I give up on the idea. That's because I sometimes can't see that it's not a viable option until it's in color. This leads to me spending more time on each version than I need to before abandoning them completely.

Hi, everyone! The Wolfenoot Add-on is close to unlocking so to help push it over, it is now available to purchase!

How do you add add-ons to an existing pledge? 

The best way to do add-ons is to select "change my pledge". You don’t actually have to change it, just leave it the same and confirm it.
After you confirm, scroll down on the page to see the possible add-ons. Pick your add-ons, confirm again and you're good to go!

This campaign has a ton of add-ons! To quickly find what you're looking for, scroll down to the dollar amounts.
Sugar Mice are $7 and are listed as "One Unlocked Sugar Mouse Mini- Pin"
Additional Pins are $10 and are listed as "An Unlocked Pin"
Wolfenoot Pins are $12 and are listed as "Wolfenoot Pin"

Now, I accidentally posted that the blue sugar mouse was the next sugar mouse to unlock. Whoops. That was not correct, BUT I'm leaving it unlocked and the page will now reflect that... which means... something else needs to take its place! 

Now at $4500, Krampus and Yule Goat variants will be available!

I hope you like these weird and fun color combos. I absolutely adore the ICEE vibe that this Krampus gives off and the Dark Yule Goat looks like it just loves velvet.  As things go on, we'll be unlocking more variants so if you have some hoped for color combos, shout them out down below!

Sugar Mouse 2 Variant Unlocked! Wolfenoot is Next!

We've unlocked the Sugar Mouse 2 Variant! Now this lazy loafy sweety will be available in baby blue!

Speaking of Blue, the Wolfenoot Pin will unlock next!

Wolfenoot is a new holiday that gained popularity online from this viral image (or, at least, that's where I saw it first):

Because Wolfenoot celebrates kindness to animals, $2 of every Wolfenoot pin sold will go to a charity.

For my charity, I've chosen the Joplin Area Humane Society. You can see my giant text wall about it below!

About the Joplin Humane Society:

JHS is a newer facility that was constructed in 2010. It is what's called an "open-door" shelter which means they take in ANY animal regardless of type, breed or condition.

It's important to support "open-door" shelters just as much as No Kill shelters because no kill shelters may selectively take animals (like, only cats or only dogs, only healthy animals, etc) and fill up quickly. The animals they reject can still end up at open door shelters. Donations help open door shelters keep those animals for longer which increases their chances of adoption.

The Joplin Humane Society takes in 600-1300 animals a month and more than 10,000 animals a year. It also provides low cost spaying and neutering to the community and super cheap tracking chips for pets so they can be reunited with their owners!

When the Wolfenoot Wolf is close to unlocking, I will add it to the Add-ons Page to help push it up over goal.

Wulver is Unlocked! Check out his lore!

The Wulver is unlocked! This Werewolf-like Scottish cryptid loves to fish but is known for being kind-hearted. He will often give fish to poor families. 

While he looks like a werewolf, he's actually a furry man with a wolf's head. Wulvers are not winter or Christmas specific but his spirit of giving is so I had to include him!

The wulver didn't go through many revisions so there's not a lot of behind the scenes for him.

I forgot to mention earlier that the Yule Cat Sticker unlocked with the pin!

All physical rewards will come with a Yule Cat 3 inch vinyl sticker.

The Yule Cat DID go through a lot of revisions.

Sometimes ideas hit you and the odea to base the Yule Cat on a Norwegian Forest Cat made a lot of sense one day when I decided ALL MY CATS ARE JERKS, not just Po. The final design is based on Smeagol, our tiny furry terror who is mostly fur and attitude.
